4) If tests/referrals are needed, we’ll guide next steps

If we reach daily capacity, we may close registration early. Online check-in helps.

What We Can Help With

Common concerns seen at our walk-in clinic include:

  • Colds, flu-like symptoms, fever
  • Sore throat, strep-like symptoms
  • Ear pain, sinus symptoms
  • Cough and bronchitis symptoms (when appropriate)
  • Urinary symptoms (e.g., UTI concerns)
  • Rash, hives, mild allergic reactions
  • Pink eye and minor eye irritation
  • Stomach upset, nausea, diarrhea (non-emergency)
  • Minor sprains/strains, simple injuries

Note: Prescriptions/refills and forms/notes are provided when clinically appropriate.

When to Go to the ER / Call 911

Please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for:

  • Chest pain, severe shortness of breath
  • Signs of stroke (face droop, arm weakness, speech trouble)
  • Severe allergic reaction (trouble breathing, swelling of lips/tongue)
  • Uncontrolled bleeding, serious head injury, fainting
  • Severe abdominal pain or rapidly worsening symptoms

OHIP & Fees

Many medically necessary visits are covered by OHIP (with a valid health card). Some services may be uninsured and have a fee
(e.g., certain forms/notes).
