The Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) Program is a publicly funded, evidence-based, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) program for individuals struggling with depression and anxiety. The program is designed to offer timely access to structured psychotherapy, which has been shown to be an effective treatment for mental health conditions.
Programs are delivered over the phone or in-person with a coach and through online videos. You will get access to tools that will support you on your path to mental wellness.
The program offers a range of different types of structured psychotherapy services, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). These therapies are provided in individual or group settings by trained therapists.
