Royal Medical Centre (“we”, “us”, “the clinic”) operates myfamilydoc.ca. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website. It also summarizes how we protect your personal health information as a health care provider in Ontario.
1. Personal health information
As health information custodians, our physicians and clinic follow Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004 (PHIPA). We collect, use and disclose personal health information only to provide and support your care, or as permitted or required by law.
Please don’t send personal health information through website forms or regular email. To discuss your health, call 905-770-8480 or book an appointment.

2. Information we collect on this website

3. Online booking
Online appointments are handled by a third-party booking service, Veribook. Information you enter there is governed by Veribook’s privacy policy and by our obligations under PHIPA.
4. Newsletter
If you subscribe, we use your name and email only to send health information and clinic updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We do not sell or rent our mailing list.
5. Cookies, analytics and advertising
