Free 6 month program through Heart and Stroke Foundation. Includes a 2 month membership to participating YMCAs, dietician counselling and a personal health coach for those who qualify.

Clinic Hours

Please note that our hours of operation vary based on the Physician’s schedule.

The clinic is closed daily between 1-2pm for lunch.

Phone lines are not answered during lunch or after hours.

*Our typical clinic hours are as follows:​

Mondays: 9am – 4:30pm

Tuesday: 9am – 4:30pm

Wednesday: 9am – 4:30pm

Thursday: 9am – 4:30pm

Friday: 9am – 4pm (phone lines are off from 1pm)

Saturday: Closed

Sundays: Closed

We are not accepting walk-in patients during the current pandemic. We have same day appointments available, please call to schedule.
